Our Translation/Editing process:
Project is received and evaluated by a
Project Manager - Project team is formed with in-house
translators, editors and proofreaders
- Appropriate glossary and style guide are
chosen
- Project files are assigned to team and
translation process begins
- Translated files are checked by the
translator, looking for spelling and grammar
mistakes, typos, and
mistranslations.
- Translated files are “cross edited” between
translators in the team to ensure similarity of style, terminology,
etc.
- “Cross-edited files are delivered to editor
and the editing process begins. Editing process follows strict
guidelines specified in internal checklist.
- Edited files are delivered to the proofreader
and proofreading process begins.
- Completed project is delivered to client.
